A Treatyse of the state and disposition of the worlde, with alteracions and chaunginges thereof through the great coniunctions of the iii. hyest planetes, called Maxima, Maior, Media, and Minor, declaringe the very tyme, the day, the houre, and minute, that God created the Sonne, Moone, and Sterres, and the places where they were fyrst set in the heauens, and the beginning of their mouynges, and so contynued to this day wherby the world hath receyued influence as shalbe declared by example from the creation unto this present yere, and also to the yeare of our lorde, M.D.LVIII, to come.

A LYTEL treatyse of Astronomy, declaryng the leape yere, and what is the cause thereof, and howe to knowe Saynte Mathies day foreuer, with the maruclous motion of the sonne, both in his owne propre circle, and by the mouyng that he hath of the tenth, ninth and eight spere, with al the diuersities of days, houres, and mynutes, by the sayde mouynges and also the dyuersities that may come by dyuers and sundry inhabitacions vpon the earth.  Whereby December in the space of tyme, shalbe removed and be the hyghest monethe in sommer, and June the lowest in wynter, & also where the longest day in the yeare shalbe halfe the yeare longe.  And where it is Saterday in one place it shalbe Sundaye in an other place, al at one tyme.  Made and composed by Anthony Askham Phisytion.  In the yere of our Lorde God.  M.D.L.I.I. Also there is a table added to the ende of the book, whereby maye be knowen al the partytulers therein conteyned.

[1552] declarynge the houre and mynute of he rysynge & settynge, of the sunne and moone for euery day in the yere, and also the rysynge, the noone stede, and the settynge of the seuen starres, with a certayne rule of two starres, standyng vpon the former shulders of the great Beare, & of some men called Charles waine, wherby ye shal knowe euery houre of the nyghte, very ncecessary and pleasant for al sea men and maryners, and for those that doeth occupy the nyghte, and these rules shall continue and be parmanent without anye great alteracion, the space of [   ] yeres to come, the whiche is composed by Anthony Askham, Physition.

[1553] declaryng the rysynge, nonesteade, and settyng of the .vii. starres, and of .iii. starres in the gyrdel of Orion, and also of the starre galled the great dogge or Albahor, and when al the Gartes of [     ] and the myddes of the lytle beares tayle are ful north, wherby ye shal knowe al the houres of the nyght by some of these starres as nere as is sensible for our latitude, the which I have deuised more plaine then in my former [       ].  Very pleasaunt for mariners and sea men the whiche all my housholde doth nyghtly practise, also here is declared the rysing and the settyng of the sonne, the length of the daye and nyghtes, the spryng of the day and the goynge away of the day at nyght, made by Anthony Askham, Phisition.
